OVERVIEW

Amanda E. Manahan is a founding partner of Manahan O’Dell LLP.  Her practice focuses on employment claims on behalf of the employee in both state and federal courts.  Ms. Manahan has handled employment claims involving single and multi-plaintiff PAGA, sexual harassment and assault, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, misclassification of independent contractors and breach of employment contracts.  Ms. Manahan is a seasoned litigator with trial and appellate experience. 

Prior to joining Manahan O’Dell LLP, Ms. Manahan represented Fortune 500 and other corporate clients and high net worth individuals in employment, complex business litigation, securities litigation, insurance coverage, construction, and appellate work.   

Ms. Manahan graduated in 1998 from California Western School of Law, cum laude and with a full academic scholarship. After graduating from law school Ms. Manahan served as a Judicial Clerk for Vice-Chief Justice Cliff Young of the Nevada Supreme Court
